Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 7 days after delivery. Written notice must be given to Directfurniture247 by letter or via e-mail giving details of the products ordered; notification by phone will not be sufficient. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories. Once we receive returned goods, we will refund or replace ASAP or within 14 days.

Your goods may be collected from the delivery address but a collection fee applies. If there are replacements for cancelations and returns, we reserve our right to and will generally seek to recover the cost of returns, which would be deducted from the refund amount or any upgrade. The charges are listed by per item:  £40.00 per item however for HIghgate Beds range we would charge £65.00 per bed or mattress 

If you are making your own arrangements to return the goods to us, responsibility lies with yourself until the products are received by us, and only then will we issue a refund or replacement. 

Please note: All returns are subject to approval and unless faulty, damaged or not as ordered a 10% admin will be charged or if you decide to cancel your order after placing it
